Welcome to Trivon.

Trivon helps users discover travel destinations that fit their preferences — with trust, transparency, and the user's interest at the center.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trivon platform operated by Korpi Labs Oy ("Trivon", "we", "our", "us").

By creating an account or using Trivon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Trivon is an AI-powered travel discovery platform designed to help users discover destinations, hotels, and travel ideas based on personal preferences.

Trivon provides recommendations and inspiration. We are not a travel agency or booking platform.

Bookings are completed through third-party providers via outbound links. Trivon is not a party to those bookings.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use Trivon.

By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and all activity performed through your account.

You may sign in with email and password.

Some features require an active paid subscription.

Current plans are described in our Subscription Terms. Pricing is always shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.

Some plans may include a free trial. If payment information is required, billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Trivon does not store payment card information.

Trivon uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized travel recommendations based on user preferences and available travel information.

While we strive to provide accurate and relevant suggestions, AI-generated recommendations are intended to assist decision-making and should not be considered guarantees regarding pricing, availability, suitability, or travel conditions.

Prices, availability, and travel information may change after recommendations are generated. Users remain responsible for verifying all booking details before making travel decisions.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant Korpi Labs Oy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content to operate and improve the service. You retain ownership of your original content.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, or use automated systems that negatively affect the platform.

All software, branding, design, and other intellectual property belonging to Trivon remain the property of Korpi Labs Oy. You receive a limited license to use the service.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korpi Labs Oy is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, travel disruptions, or booking errors by third parties.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the previous twelve months where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or threaten platform security.

Users may stop using Trivon at any time. Subscription cancellations are governed by the Subscription Terms.

Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We may add, remove, or modify features. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Finland.

Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern all paid subscription plans offered by Trivon and operated by Korpi Labs Oy.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to the Trivon Terms of Service.

Trivon offers paid subscription plans. At launch:

• Trivon Basic — app access with daily search limits, saved trips, quick-action trip refinement, and subscriber features • Trivon Pro — expanded search limits and additional subscriber features • Trivon Premium — highest search limits and full access to subscriber features

Anonymous users may use limited free search without an account. Registration is free, but access to the Trivon app (search, saved trips, and subscriber features) requires an active paid subscription.

Available features and pricing are always shown before completing your purchase.

Subscription prices are displayed in the Trivon application and Stripe Checkout before payment.

Current launch pricing: • Trivon Basic — as displayed at checkout (monthly subscription) • Trivon Pro — as displayed at checkout (monthly subscription) • Trivon Premium — as displayed at checkout (monthly subscription)

Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Korpi Labs Oy reserves the right to change subscription pricing in the future. Existing subscribers will be informed of significant pricing changes in advance.

Some plans may include a 7-day free trial.

A valid payment method may be required to activate the trial.

Unless cancelled before the trial period ends, the subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription.

No charges are made before the free trial expires.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or subscription management in account settings.

Cancellation prevents future billing. Access to paid features remains until the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds for unused subscription time unless required by applicable law.

All subscription payments are securely processed by Stripe. Trivon does not store payment card information.

If payment cannot be processed, we may retry the charge and suspend paid features until payment succeeds. Update your payment method via the Stripe Customer Portal.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued where required by applicable consumer protection laws or at the sole discretion of Korpi Labs Oy.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

We may introduce new plans, discontinue plans, modify features, or change pricing. Significant changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible.
